YOUR COMEBACK WILL BE GREATER THAN YOUR SETBACK
This morning as I was doing my laundry, I was waiting for the spin
cycle to complete. I began slowly walking back and forth praying in the
Spirit. As I started walking the Holy Spirit showed me a picture of
lions in a zoo pacing back and forth in their cage. They were agitated
from being locked up, and wanting to be set free back into the wild.
They were strong and muscular and when meat was thrown into their cage
they devoured it. When they are released from captivity and get back out
into the wild, they are going to take off running into the environment
that they were created to live in.
The Lord says; this is how it will be with the body of Christ. Many
are discouraged and dismayed from being locked up and shut down. Right
now believers are imprisoned and locked out of their churches, but they
are being fed meat and strengthened by Me during this time of isolation.
Many apostles, prophets, pastors and teachers are being trained during
this time in their cave. They are being re-fueled and fired up and will
come out stronger and lead great revivals in the days ahead. They will
carry My anointing and multitudes will get saved and delivered when they
minister My Word says the Lord.
One time David was in the cave of Adullam with four hundred men who
were in distress, in debt and discontented. David taught them how to be
invincible warriors, raised them up and trained them as a mighty army
who were known as the Gibborim. In 1 Samuel chapter 30 when David and
his men returned home from war, they reached Ziklag, and found it
destroyed by fire and their wives, sons and daughters were taken captive
by the Amalekites.
They had one catastrophe after another. David and his men wept
aloud until they had no strength left to weep. They reached the breaking
point and the people even turned against David wanting to stone him.
But then something rose up in David. He strengthened himself in the
Lord, and he asked the Lord; "Shall I pursue this troop? Will I overtake
them?" The Lord responded: "Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them
and without fail recover all." David recovered everything that the
Amalekites had stolen. The body of Christ is also going to recover all
that was lost in the past few months.
Then he brought me to the scripture in the book of Acts chapter
sixteen when Paul and Silas were wrongfully imprisoned. While they were
incarcerated, they didn’t complain and lament but they prayed and
worshiped the Lord. At midnight as Paul and Silas were praying and
worshiping there was a great earthquake and their shackles were loosed.
The jail keeper fell down before them trembling and asked, "What
must I do to be saved?" They replied, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ,
and you will be saved, you and your household." The next day the keeper
of the prison said to Paul, "The magistrates have said to let you go:
now therefore depart, and go in peace."
When the body of Christ is released and the churches open up again,
the Holy Spirit is going to move upon our country just as He promised.
Don’t look at things in the natural. Everything in the natural is
subject to change. The turmoil will cease and the coronavirus will die.
It was all a plan from the enemy to bring confusion, fear and division
but we will surely pursue, overtake and recover all.
1 Samuel 30:8-10 So David
inquired of the Lord, saying, "Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I
overtake them?" And He answered him, "Pursue, for you shall surely
overtake them and without fail recover all." So David went, he and the
six hundred men who were with him, and came to the Brook Besor, where
those stayed who were left behind. But David pursued, he and four
hundred men; for two hundred stayed behind, who were so weary that they
could not cross the Brook Besor.
1 Samuel 30:18-20 David
recovered all that the Amalekites had carried away, and David rescued
his two wives. And nothing of theirs was lacking either small or great,
sons or daughters, spoils or anything which they had taken from them;
David recovered all. Then David took all the flocks and herds they had
driven before those other livestock, and said, "This is Davids spoil."
Acts 16: 23-26
And when they had laid many
stripes on them, they threw them into prison, commanding the jailer to
keep them securely. Having received such a charge, he put them into the
inner prison and fastened their feet in the stocks. But at midnight Paul
and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were
listening to them. Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the
foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors
were opened and everyone's chains were loosed.
Praise The Lord.
