THERE IS SO MUCH MORE
There
are a lot of things stirring in the spirit realm. The Holy Spirit is
beginning to move across the nations. We are going to see more revival
meetings in stadiums filled with people worshipping Jesus because they
are hungry for God. This is why the enemy has been trying to discourage
and disrupt the lives of believers. He has been trying to silence those
who have a prophetic voice, and trying to bring discord and division
among the body of Christ. We are coming into a time when prophets will
hear the voice of the Holy Spirit with precision, and release it with
accuracy just as the prophets of old.
We are going to experience Supernatural Signs and Wonders in the days ahead.
In
the book of 2 Kings Chapter 6 Elisha went with a group of prophets to
the Jordan River to cut down some trees to build a place to stay. As
they were cutting them down, one man’s borrowed ax head fell into the
water. Elisha asked him where it fell and he pointed the location out to
him. Elisha then threw a stick into the water and something
supernatural happened. The iron ax head floated to the top of the water.
This stick was symbolic of the cross of Jesus and His resurrection.
The
Jordan River is symbolic for several things. It was the river that the
Israelites crossed over into the Promised Land. It was also the river
that Elijah parted with his cloak as he and Elisha walked through on dry
land. Soon after, Elijah was caught up in a whirlwind as chariots of
fire with horses of fire appeared. After Elijah was taken up, Elisha
then took Elijah’s cloak and called on God saying “Where is the God of
Elijah?” The river then parted for Elisha in the same manner. There are
ministers who will receive a double portion anointing of those who
passed on and entrusted their ministries to them.
The Jordan River was also the river that Jesus was baptized in.
After Jesus was baptized and came up out of the water, the heavens were
opened. He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on
him. And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with
him I am well pleased.” Again it is symbolic of resurrection power.
Our Eyes are going to be Opened to see in the Spirit Realm.
In
2 Kings 6:17 As the army encamped around them, Elisha asked the Lord to
open his servant’s eyes so that he will see the angelic hosts
protecting them. The Lord opened his eyes and he saw the mountain filled
with horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. He didn’t see this
in the natural but his spiritual eyes were opened. Some of you could
only see the darkness that seems to be encamped around you but the Lord
is about to open your spiritual eyes. He wants to show you the angelic
realm as well as the demonic realm.
The Lord is releasing Spiritual Discernment.
Those
who are listening to the father’s heart will receive keen spiritual
discernment. In the book of 2 Kings 6 when the King of Syria was making
war against Israel, he didn’t understand how Israel knew his secret
plans. He asked his own army officers which one of them was a spy. One
of his officers replied, “None of us, my lord the king,” but Elisha, the
prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the very words you
speak in your bedroom.”
The
Holy Spirit is going to reveal the plans of the enemy. He will reveal
the evil hearts of men. He will reveal deep and secret things; He knows
what is in the darkness, and light dwells with Him. Some of you feel as
if you lost communication with Jesus but the Lord says; You have not
lost favor with Me, neither have you lost communication. As you trusted
Me in the silent times, I will speak to you once again. You will regain
your spiritual hearing.
Those
of you who have been desensitized to His voice will hear once again.
His voice is able to break through the barriers and tear down the
hindrances that are blocking you from hearing. Those of you who have
felt disconnected will sense His presence once again. His anointing that
seemed to dissipate from your life will be restored. Just as the Lord
revealed Himself to others, He will reveal myself to you.
2 Kings 2:8
Now
Elijah took his mantle, rolled it up, and struck the water; and it was
divided this way and that, so that the two of them crossed over on dry
ground.
2 Kings 6:6-7
So
the man of God said, “Where did it fall?” And he showed him the place.
So he cut off a stick, and threw it in there; and he made the iron
float. Therefore he said, “Pick it up for yourself.” So he reached out
his hand and took it.
2 Kings 6:11-12
Therefore
the heart of the king of Syria was greatly troubled by this thing; and
he called his servants and said to them, “Will you not show me which of
us is for the king of Israel?” And one of his servants said, “None, my
lord, O king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king
of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom.”
Praise The Lord.
